Richard Gwyn: Fiction Fiesta

Richard Gwyn is launching Impossible Loves by Dario Jaramillo (translated by himself) at Fiction Fiesta.

 In the first part of the evening, Patrick McGuinness, author of Throw Me to the Wolves, and Richard Gwyn, author of The Blue Tent, will be in conversation about their new novels with the writer and broadcaster Jon Gower.

The second part of the evening will see the Cardiff launch of two new books of poetry. Award-winning poet Abigail Parry will join us to discuss her translations of the Cuban poet Legna Rodríguez Iglesias in A little body are many parts (Bloodaxe). Abigail will be joined by Richard Gwyn, whose translations of the Colombian poet Darío Jaramillo are published by Carcanet in Impossible Loves. Chaired by Joey Whitfield.
