The London Book Fair is the global marketplace for rights negotiation and the sale and distribution of content across print, audio, TV, film and digital channels. In 2019 LBF will celebrate its 48-year anniversary.

Staged annually, LBF sees more than 25,000 publishing professionals arrive in London for the week of the Fair to learn, network, and kick off their year of business.

Carcanet Press is one of the outstanding independent literary lists of our time. We publish the most comprehensive and diverse list available of modern and classic poetry in English from around the world, and in translation, and a range of inventive fiction and criticism and other prose. In 2018 we launched a new Carcanet Classics imprint, publishing challenging ancient and modern works. In 2019 we are celebrating Carcanet's 50th anniversary, with symposia, events and readings planned throughout the UK, and a list of new and Carcanet core writers.
