Hardiman Scott (1920 - 1999)

  • Hardiman Scott was born in 1920. After working as a newspaper journalist, he joined the BBC where he became a distinguished political correspondent and editor. He was also the author of a number of books of poetry, and four detective novels. Hardiman Scott was president of the Suffolk Poetry Society from 1979 to 1999. He died in 1999.
